Parts must be designed to the most minute geometric detail before they are ready for series production. Therefore we develop pre-production models for you.

We coordinate and optimize prototype parts with you at various design and process levels up to serial production.
It is important that you contact our advance product design team at an early stage to share your requirements and special release prerequisites. After your special requirements have been determined we start building tools for serial process.

To continuously assess the quality of the final production processes we test the prototype parts regularly before we start to produce them in series. With special test methods and devices we prove functional characteristics like resistance to abrasion, UV light, etc., and subject production-level surface finishes to a battery of climatic, mechanical, chemical and other tests. Through testing, we prove that our products are reliable and can satisfy the requirements of you and, most importantly, your customers.

Quality is paramount at Angell-Demmel. Therefore we continuously survey and monitor all processes as part of our quality management system. Production personnel receive continuous training. Adherence to work instructions guarantees a consistent daily production routine with no changes in the process and its parameters.
