Look, feel, evaluate: We provide you with pre-production models to allow you to assess haptical effect, gloss level, color and the interplay with peripheral equipment and varying light sources.

These samples, produced prior to serial production, reflect in most details to the final part’s geometry; they are the basis for further production decisions. In the automotive business these samples are used for thorough testing, to prove whether the parts meet the important safety and customer requirements.

The geometry of real-metal parts determines the decorative effects, especially as they reflect light. To get a first impression of the finished part, our designers usually start with a computer-generated 3D model, which provides a basis for further prototyping.

Prototypes are always developed in close cooperation with our customers, our advance product design personnel and the project management team. Together with our customers our project management and advance product design engineers define the data and specification of the parts for a first draft. When released we develop first pre-production models with special tools and processes.
